These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cash Tray (the "App"), a mobile game provided by artur_sh ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Cash Tray is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms in your country, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control.

You do not acquire ownership of the App or any of its content.

3. Gameplay and Local Progress

Game progress, settings, virtual currency balances, and other gameplay state are stored locally on your device. We do not currently provide accounts, cloud synchronization, or remote restoration of progress.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any device backups you choose to use. Clearing the App's storage, uninstalling the App, resetting or losing your device, or certain software changes may permanently remove your progress. We are not responsible for restoring locally stored progress.

4. Virtual Items and Inactive Store Features

Cash Tray may display virtual coins, lives, boosters, rewards, timers, or similar gameplay items (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items:

• exist only within the App;
• have no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be redeemed for cash or property;
• cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App; and
• may be adjusted, replaced, or removed as part of gameplay balancing, updates, or maintenance.

The current version of the App does not offer active real-money purchases or active advertising. Interface elements that preview purchases, advertisements, or rewards are not currently functional and do not constitute an offer for sale or a promise that those features will become available.

If real-money purchases are introduced in a future version, the applicable price, payment, refund, and app-store terms will be disclosed at that time, and these Terms will be updated as necessary.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
• bypass, disable, interfere with, or exploit security, gameplay, or technical features;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients, or other unauthorized methods to manipulate the App;
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person; or
• introduce malware, harmful code, or other material that could damage the App, devices, or services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, artwork, graphics, animations, audio, interface, game design, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to artur_sh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except for the limited license expressly stated in these Terms.

7. App Stores and Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it, including the Google Play Terms of Service. If platform rules apply in addition to these Terms, you must comply with both.

The platform provider is not responsible for providing support for the App unless required by applicable law or its own terms.

8. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may update, rebalance, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. Updates may change gameplay, compatibility, Virtual Items, features, or locally stored data. We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, free of defects, or that gameplay progress will never be lost. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, artur_sh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, our rights, or to comply with law. Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms ends.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our practices, platform requirements, or applicable law. The updated Terms will show a new "Last updated" date. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the App, its store listing, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
