Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game is a mobile game provided by artur_sh ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game (the "App").

1. Summary

The current version of Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or other user data through the App.

In particular, the App:

• does not require or provide user accounts;
• does not collect names, email addresses, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, or other personal information;
• does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs;
• does not make user data available to us or to third parties; and
• does not currently process real-money purchases.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game stores game progress, settings, virtual currency balances, and other gameplay state locally on your device. This information is used only to provide and continue your gameplay experience.

The App does not transmit this locally stored information to us. We cannot access, recover, or restore it. You can delete it by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

3. Device Permissions

The App may use your device's vibration or haptic functionality to provide gameplay feedback. This functionality does not collect or transmit personal information.

The current version of the App does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or device files.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Purchases

The current version of Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game does not contain active advertising services, analytics services, tracking technologies, or real-money purchase functionality. Some interface elements may preview features that are not currently active. These elements do not collect information or initiate transactions.

If we introduce advertising, analytics, purchases, online services, or other features that change how information is handled, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App's Google Play Data safety disclosures before those practices begin.

5. App Stores and Operating Systems

When you download or update Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game through Google Play or another app store, the store operator and your device's operating system may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies. That processing is not performed by Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game and is not controlled by us.

6. Support Communications

If you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and any information included in your message. We use that information only to respond to your request, provide support, maintain necessary correspondence, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us at the address below.

7. Children's Privacy

Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users through the App.

If you believe that a child has sent personal information to us through a support request, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

8. Data Security

Because the App does not transmit user data to us, we do not maintain a remote database of App user information. Locally stored gameplay data is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. No method of storage or communication is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security for information stored on your device or voluntarily sent by email.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local gameplay data: remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. We cannot access or delete this data remotely.
• Support correspondence: is retained only as described in Section 6. You may request its deletion by emailing us.
• Accounts: Cash Tray: Sort & Merge Game does not currently provide user accounts, so there is no App account data to delete.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the App, its store listing, or another appropriate method where required.
